Floral Terrace’s cocktail hour is second to none, with capacity of 250 seated guests, each guest will be able to enjoy the cuisine comfortably. Trained staff in full white glove service will offer a variety of different hot hors d’oeuvres while your guests enjoy exploring various stations set up throughout the immense cocktail hour. With help from our award winning banquet managers, the Chefs at Floral Terrace customize a menu that fits your event best. An exclusive event calls for an exclusive menu; from specialty items to food allergies, Floral Terrace allows for complete menu customization.

After an abundance of food in the cocktail hour, your guests will then be directed to the ballroom where there will be a fresh cold appetizer of your choosing waiting for them at their designated table. A selection of Pasta and/or salad will then be brought out by our wait staff for your guests to enjoy. For Dinner, a host selection of 3 to 5 entrees will be offered, not including a standard vegetarian option and children’s option. All entrees served are in large portions and served with complimenting sides of mashed potato, rice or roasted potatoes, as well as vegetables.

All weddings are provided with a beautiful and delicious Wedding Cake which each couple is able to customize and design to their liking. Hosts are able to choose two fillings from a list of over twenty delectable options. Our extensive Viennese Tables feature a variety of cakes, tarts and mousses coupled with made to order fruit flambe, ice cream sundaes and cotton candy. Chocolate fountain displayed with a variety of dipping essentials makes the dessert hour unique for everyone.
