Floral Terrace is an absolutely beautiful venue. When we first started searching for a reception venue for my sister’s wedding, Floral Terrace was the very first place we toured. We visited several other venues afterward, but nothing came close. We kept comparing every venue to Floral Terrace, and it quickly became clear that nothing else measured up. Choosing Floral Terrace ended up being an easy decision. From the very beginning, the entire process was seamless. We met Igor on our first visit, and he gave us a tour of the stunning facility. The venue features an entire floor dedicated to the cocktail hour, followed by a breathtaking dining hall on the next level. It also includes a spacious and elegant bridal suite complete with its own dining area and private bathrooms, making it the perfect place for the bridal party to get ready and relax. On the day of the event, we arrived at 10:00 a.m. to begin getting ready, and from the moment we walked in, Mike was there to welcome us with a smile. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and made sure any questions or concerns we had were taken care of right away. The venue also provided a dedicated bridal attendant for the bride and groom, who stayed with them throughout the entire event. She took care of everything—from bringing them food and helping with the bride’s dress to holding her bouquet—allowing them to truly enjoy their special day without worrying about the little details. I genuinely cannot recommend Floral Terrace enough. The venue is stunning, the staff is exceptional, and the level of service and customer care they provide goes far above and beyond expectations. They played a huge part in making my sister’s reception unforgettable, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a truly first-class wedding venue.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I had my wedding here last month and everything went off without a hitch -- the team worked very hard to make sure everything went smoothly; the food was delicious; all the meaningful small details that were important to my fiance and me were honored and carried through; the lighting was perfect; the venue team and staff were accomodating, warm, friendly, and patient with my (many) emails during wedding prep. I am from Floral Park and am so honored to have such an amazing wedding venue right here in my home town. From first meeting Daniella for the walk through, to booking, then to the details with Igor, the lighting with Albino (I have photosensitive eyes, so we had to be very particular about the lighting for the wedding, and they were very patient and accomodating), to Michael the day of -- stellar support through the very stressful process of wedding planning. I even had a bridal attendant on the wedding day who was by my side throughout the whole night that took care of any personal issues that popped up. My mom said she never saw venue staff work so hard!! The team at Floral Terrace makes you feel important and gives the sense that they really cherish the events they organize. again -- HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Wedding of Eitan and Tova June 14!!! As a parent of the groom I want to thank Gershon and his staff Mike and Nastya and Patta from the bottom of my heart. Gershon made us feel at home and he delivered all that he promised. Not one extra dollar was overcharged. He was on point and very honest!! Guests were happy with how the food was served. Fresh most importantly and hot!! I wish for our buharian community choose this restaurant as another option for their happy occasions. Mike was an amazing smart sharp and very knowledgeable. There was not one problem he couldn’t solve or needed someone else’s assistance. He took everything into his hands and just resolved it!! Thank you. Thank you!!!

We recently had our Indian reception at Floral Terrace, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the moment guests arrived, everyone was impressed by how beautiful and elegant the ballroom looked. The atmosphere was perfect for our special night. The service throughout the event was outstanding. There was always enough staff available, and everything was handled professionally and smoothly. Our guests felt very well taken care of the entire evening. The food catered by Banaras was absolutely delicious and received so many compliments from our family and friends. Every dish was flavorful and well prepared. A huge thank you to Mike for managing everything so well during the event. He made sure our family was comfortable, organized everything perfectly, and helped the entire night run stress-free. We are truly grateful to the team for making our reception such a memorable celebration. Highly recommend this venue for weddings and receptions!

I got married at the floral terrace on 9/19 and it truly was the best day ever. Igor from start to finish throughout the entire planning process could not have been more accommodating or willing to make sure our day went perfect. He was willing to tailor every piece of the day to be exactly as we wanted. The cocktail hour and Viennese hour completely stole the show. We had so many compliments on the food from everyone. Michael was our maître D and was absolutely amazing. We got to meet him about 2 weeks before and his service was incredible. I wasn’t nervous going into the day because I knew Michael was going to make sure everything ran smooth. Floral terrace is unlike any other venue, a true hidden gem. The entire experience was outstanding. I would recommend to everyone.

I got married at the best venue in the entire world, Floral Terrace, on 3/29 - and it was our absolute dream wedding! My husband and I looked at about 12 venues in person first before deciding, and we chose Floral Terrace as the perfect place to have our wedding at for so many reasons! To start .. it is like a hidden gem and it is insanely gorgeous. It has four different levels and each one is so unique and elegant. The aesthetic and decor throughout is so beautiful that we didn't even need to spend any extra on flowers! Also everything is held inside so we thankfully didn't have to worry about any bad weather which was a big stress reliever for me. When you have your wedding here you are the only bride - you have the whole place to yourself and your party which was also crucial for us. It really felt like our home for the entire day and night! It has a very large bridal suite that I was able to get ready in during the morning with my bridesmaids. It has an awesome groom suite as well that was perfect for the guys to get ready and hangout in. We also took advantage of the space on the first floor that they re-did recently with white marble, we held our wedding ceremony here and it is beyond breathtaking. And the beauty of the reception room is unmatched. It has top tier party lights, there is a bar on each side, and there are huge screens that we were able to have a montage of pictures of my husband and I playing the whole night! The service at Floral Terrace is also impeccable. Igor helped us from the very beginning and he was the absolute best. The planning process went so smooth. Mike was our maitre D, who basically handled and ran our whole wedding, and he goes above and beyond. I cannot even begin to say enough outstanding things about Mike... he is THE MAN! I can't ever thank Igor and Mike enough for everything. They completely made our vision come true. Any request that we had they were able to accommodate and they exceeded my expectations from start to finish. All of the other staff were also so formal, polite, and attentive as well. I had Helen as my bridal attendant and she was beyond helpful and great! I can go on and on saying amazing things about having my wedding at Floral Terrace and I cannot imagine choosing anywhere else. The ambience of the entire venue made my husband and I look and feel like absolute royalty! Our guests have been raving about our wedding too ever since, saying how incredible it was. When they arrived they were greeted with champagne in the gorgeous lobby and they said the whole experience was like a movie! They couldn't believe the amount of food as well and we were told everything was delicious from cocktail hour to dessert. Plus we added the Venetian table that came with so much and the presentation was wonderful! The venue also handled our wedding cake .. I sent them a picture of an idea for a design I wanted for the cake and it came out even more stunning than I could have imagined! If any bride wants to be as happy as me with their wedding then go take a tour at Floral Terrace .. you will be blown away by it's looks and design, and then you will come to be amazed at all it has to offer. It has everything you could ever ask for and it is the perfect venue to have an unforgettable wedding at or to host any event at. Choosing Floral Terrace along with everyone who works there made our wedding dreams come true and I will be forever grateful.

Absolutely loved working at Floral Terrace! I had the pleasure of MCing a wedding here, and the experience was smooth from start to finish thanks to their incredible staff and attention to detail. A week before the event, they gave us a super thorough rundown of everything, including accommodating to A/V needs—which really set the tone for how well-prepared and professional they are. Special shoutout to Mike, who was my main point of contact. This man was on top of everything—leading the staff, cueing videos, running the lights, checking on food service to make sure guests were taken care of, and still managing to be such a chill, positive presence throughout the night. Mike is the kind of guy you want in your corner at any event—efficient, sharp, and just great vibes all around. Floral Terrace is a beautiful venue backed by a team that clearly cares. Highly recommend it for anyone planning a special event!

My friend had her wedding here last past Dec. 2024 and it was GREAT! The venue has three floors (wedding room, cocktail and 3rd floor for dance hall and dinner). The venue also has free parking and located about 10 mins walk, 5 min drive from the LIRR. I think the venue did a great job around trying to be attentive and help with making guest and bridal party feel accommodated and comfortable. There's always room for improvement but overall I enjoyed the venue and their service! If you have an event in that area and need a venue I would DEFINELTY give them a try!

If I could give 10 stars, I honestly would. We had our wedding here on Saturday 11/16/2024. The entire coordination / planning process was seamless with this venue. Even down to the day-of, we had some last-minute changes and unexpected events, and Floral Terrace was cooperative, understanding, and ready to deal with any hiccups. Once we arrived at the groom suite earlier in the afternoon to prepare, the staff was beyond attentive -- making sure we had adequate eats and sips, tending to our every want/need, and keeping us informed about the goings on and how things downstairs were progressing, and always checking in to keep us informed on timings and scheduling. Each and everyone, from the doorman to the attendants helping us in the suite, was in top form. To say the staff went above and beyond is an understatement. We had our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception at the venue, and everything was coordinated and handled wonderfully. The manager, Igor, was always available during the initial meetings to work closely with us on planning every detail, and was flexible and always willing to work with us. On the night-of, he was always available, and always ready to help with any issues. We had a slight delay in the start-time of our reception due to an unexpected circumstance, and the venue worked with us to keep things in order, and made us feel comfortable, reassured, and at-ease throughout the entire process. Each and every item of food was excellent, as were the drinks. And the ambiance of this place is just amazing -- classic and classy, in every way. This venue has a rich history; it was once a theater that was a destination spot for Manhattanites during the 1920's. The sense of history at this venue is amazing! Once the party ended, the staff worked diligently to get our things together, pack our food and belongings, and make our exit seamless. I can honestly say, there isn't one aspect of the overall service and experience at Floral Terrace that wasn't great; it couldn't have been better. We were beyond impressed with the overall experience at Floral Terrace. Kudos to every member of the staff, and thank you!!

Hosted my sister's nigerian tradirional wedding and they were exceptionally professional and courteous. Igor, Mike and Danielle worked extremely hard to make sure our event was a success. Even when there were issues from our end, they worked with us and made sure our guests had a lovely experience. Would highly recommend.

The staff went above and beyond in every way, from helping with my bustle to making sure everything ran smoothly throughout the day. They were attentive, accessible, and incredibly helpful from the planning stages right through to the end of our event. The food was top-tier—everyone raved about it! The venue itself is gorgeous on every floor, and the pricing is very reasonable and flexible. Just a heads-up: gratuity is charged separately, at 10% on top of the contract. Overall, a phenomenal experience that made our special day unforgettable!
